Quality Service Provision and Students Satisfaction at Akenten Aooiah-menka University of Skills Training and Entrepreneurial Development: Implications for University management

The aim of this study was to investigate the factors that affect quality service provision and students’ satisfaction at Akenten Appiah-Menka University Skills Training Entrepreneurial Development. Descriptive survey research used for study. Simple random sampling select third final year undergraduate students in Kumasi Mampong campuses.The total population 1642. Parasuram’s SERQUAL instrument type questionnaire adopted as a data collection. internal consistency 32-items yielded Cronbach Alpha value 0.91. gathered were quantitatively analysed with use descriptive inferential statistics. results showed statistically strong direct relationship between commitment, social financial bonds, communication, general academic conditions administrative support which turn influenced institutional image loyalty. This indicates had high expectations five-dimensional variables stood proxy provisions by University. It recommended university management should appoint competent staffs positions, provide them adequate professional development programmes improve their commitment teaching learning, communication other provisions. More so, be proactive towards infrastructural order work conducive learning environment. Lastly, will benefit universities Ghana identify cost effective ways improving provision.
